Terrible company. I have bought new domain though europeregistry.com After 12 hours they wrote me that domain already exist and cannot be purchased. No money back. After 2 business days I wrote support department. They promised to return money in 3-5 business days. After 7 business days no response. I call support. Chap sits in support and laughing to my face. He says, wait 10 more business days. I dropped the call and opened a case with PayPal (thanks God a have paid with paypal). These guys returned my money after 24 hours. Case closed. Will never deal with this company again.

My experience with instra.com is a nightmare. They sold me a domain, that turned out to be already taken. After figured that out, they don't want to refund the money thay charged for the already registered domain.
