I've been using EnCirca for a few years now. Sure their interface is a bit dated, but when I contact their support, I'm always treated nothing short of royalty. I'm also a big fan of the fact that they are hyper secure... the only registrar I know that actually cares about cybersecurity

This has to be, hands down, the WORST dashboard for clients I have ever come across. In addition to multiple 404 errors (on tutorial pages on how to use their confounding site), are the "tutorials" telling you what you have to do BUT NOT TELLING YOU WHERE THE FEATURES ARE LOCATED ON THEIR SITE. Not to mention the FOUR different logins that you have to have (one to manage the domain level, another login to manage this, and another for that). AND OH, DID I MENTION THAT THEY LIKE TO OPEN NEW TABS FOR EVERY CHANGE YOU Want to make? 25 tabs later, and I'm still nowhere near being able to manage my site properly.
HORRIFIC UX/UI design. HORRIFIC customer experience. I'm forced to be with them for 3 months because of a particular URL, but I will be leaving after that, and NEVER coming back (and making sure I forget this name for all eternity)

Horrible Service. Control panel is from the 1990's. My domain is useless. Customer Support is terrible.
Absolute nightmare.
Don't get trapped with this company! Stay Away!

They hijacked my domain. I am in the process of trying to get it back. Very very horrible.
