I was client over 12 years, I don't know what happened there. Many, many problems and issues - very unqualified support team. You can also call them by phone, but it's is only wasted time.

The worst company i faced in my life. Slow contact, many mistakes to solve an issue, now when they are moving to another company "Speednames.asia" I cannot enter my account to change nameservers. I tried many times to send emails, contact them by phone and always they answer same thing like they investigate the issue or asking me domain name many times. They said August 16 of 2017 they finish the migration and send the information to login but no email, no contact nothing. What kind of business is this? Is a joke? I paid a very expensive domain name and I need a solution asap because my business is losing many deals because of this HORRIBLE and AWFUL COMPANY
