Highly recommend for those who looking for ASEAN domain. Using them for over 6 years, they do provide great prices for domains and sometimes you may steal a deal from their promotion.

Webnic has been a good company for some years. From 2014 they changed the staff and after that it goes down in support. They have no own personal for backed systems and relies on consults that are slow to fix things that brake. The support personal often changes and many of them are not service minded. You could get responses back "What is you partner id" on questions that don’t require that info for example. If you open a support ticket saying something is not working they usually respond “does it work now or is it a still a problem” instead of checking if the error still is present.
The control panel is slow and ugly. Please remove all animations!! Some functions does not work and it’s a common problem with connection issues to registries. They charge for domain renewals that they faulty have renewed. We have problems with them every week someway and we have about 5000 GTLD:s registered with them.
