Highly fraudulent and shady company. #1 scammer for domain service don't buy at this scammers place!!!

- Interface is clumbersome and unclear,
- Subdomains don't even propagate,
- Very frequent outages (i mean DNS service unreachable),
- DNS servers are slooooooooow to respond (dig takes 20++ seconds...),
- Support is unresponsive,
Don't ever think about account balance refunding.... They won't answer you anyway, may you have provisionned 100++$ for your account.
Should I go on ?? Hum hum... Don't even think about using their services...
Looks like a COMPLETE SCAM, since they seem to resell your expired (tried to renew or transfer but could not because of "technical issues") domains

I have an emergency. I'm trying to renew a PREMIUM DOMAIN I've hosted on namebright.com that's about to expire but the web has declined over 7 different credit cards when trying to checkout.
I've tried to contact them but they haven't got back to me and namebright.com doesn't give me alternatives or solutions to solve this problem.
Please advice.
I'm about to loose a valuable premium domain and I'm desperate to renew it.

Namebright is obviously a front for this outfit to get control of expired domains so they can sell them. I tried several times to renew 2 of my domains, but Namebright's site would not let me. I contacted support several times, but they never responded until my domains had expired - by then it was too late as they had sold the domains on some other web site they operate. Stay away from Namebright!

I know it is ran by some domainers which makes most people feel insecure by having their valuable domains with a registrar whose owners make a living off buying expired domains and reselling them... but so far the experience has been good.
