Customer service is among the worst I have ever encountered! We are trying to transfer our domain to GoDaddy and it has been a nightmare. the customer service REFUSES to talk in person. they email in code to keep you guessing at the requirements to let go of the domain. It is to the point now that our domain is up for renewal in a month and its either we stay with net earth one, hire an attorney to give them an affidavit that we own the site and it is free and clear, or we go into a possible bidding war for our own domain! this has been going on for over 2 months!!! ridiculous!

They are owned by Hostgator.com and the support is worse than bad. If you have a problem, good luck!

Transferred domain in. CANNOT get it transferred out. This has gone on for weeks. Software show it unlocked but it keeps appearing locked from other transfer host.

Talked to their support. Forget it! Worst company I've done business with.
