Scam Registrar. They fool people with fake emails about your domain being insecure, or may get lost. When people follow those instructions, they transfer their domain to them and pay for 5 year terms. Once they have your domain, they are unreachable. Phone goes to voicemail, email never get responded, portal doesn't work... They only respond to ICANN when you try to have them give you back your domain with "Evidence" of them resolving the issue with you... which is bs...
They are a scam registrar... that's it that's all.
