This is a very un-professional (Scam) provider of domain name services.
You cannot terminate the agreement unless you send them a recommended letter by post mail at least three months before expiration date. They charge you in advance two years of their services and they charge you a price for domains that is 3.5 times higher than serious providers in this field.
Their customer service representatives are probably the worst I've ever been in contact with.
