Service is super slow, support is always sorry for something, new interface is ugly and totally unfriendly. It was below average before they got sold a few month ago, now it's poor. Not to mention the fact that some of their options are a joke, they simply don't work. Ex. you pay for their WHOIS privacy, but it is never activated... Worst, when it is, for some reason at some point it will be deactivated without any notice. You'll notice that when you get spammed. We could argue it's a bug that needs to be fixed, but I'm reporting this for 6 years, they're just unprofessional. The only positive thing is you can easily leave.
Simply avoid this crap.
