Horrible support. I must have called at least 20 times at different times of the day on different week days and no one ever answers. No one ever returns my calls. Email inquiries are not much better, but I did finally get a response after a week or so after at least 5 emails sent. Never could obtain a receipt for my transfer. Trying to transfer my domain away from NamePal right now, wish me luck!

Do not use these guys (actually probably guy, as I bet there is only one person running this joke) if it can be avoided, customer service is next to nonexsistant.
