No other Registrar makes feel more valued.
From a value-add proposition, the innovation.
This Registrar has never lost a domain name due to security hack or otherwise. The CEO is one of the most humble down-to-Earth guy, i've ever seen. Best decision made was epik.
Thanks, Rob Monster, engage community. Most people dont realize what it means; to reach Registrar CEO - yet alone, any CEO.
Rob sees past all that.
Some of my favorite epik innovations:
NameLiquidate.com Reverse Dutch auction.
NameInvestors.com my favorite .com lookup: Registrar, exts, age.. easy to see, use most. The format of the data is the easiest layout.
Free privacy provided Anonymize.com
Epik is the only accredited registrar to allow; Domains COLLATERAL TO SECURE CASH! (via their subsidiary DomainEquity.com)
They fight for Registrant rights, like no other.. Try this company, before you try; "Other guy"
You've just scratched the service. Love them.

I've known Rob Monster to be a thought-leader in our business for decades and only recently had the need to move from my former registrar due to their acquisition. We have had long term relationships with leading registrars for the past 20+ years and are finding Epik to be just the right place for us. Learning a new platform, as you all know, is a bit like learning a new language, and we are confident that Epik will earn its 5th star across the board as we continue to learn that Rob was not exaggerating when he promised that "you will not outgrow our platform".
On the issue of pricing, we were completely satisfied with the transparency and competitiveness across the board. We don't change registrars often, but when the need arose, Epik moved smartly to assist with our move and clearly presents a culture in which we can be comfortable and productive for decades to come.

I tried Epik out based upon a post I saw their CEO make. I really liked their company and control panel, but then I found out they charge $35 to renew a .com domain! This is absolutely obscene and I feel like Epik is just another bait-and-switch registrar. In their defense, they do list the $35 renewal price on their web site, and it is my fault I guess for not looking. Needless to say I will be transferring my domain out as soon as possible before getting gouged by their extremely high renewal prices.
